NSCR Opening soon
NSCR is not open yet
North-South Commuter Railway is expected to open in the fourth quarter of 2027. That is the latest date stated, by DOTr, reported by BusinessWorld, on 28 July 2026. Opening dates for new lines here have moved before, so this page says who gave this one and when.
What opens first
Malolos to Valenzuela, projected for December 2027. Clark to West Valenzuela follows in October 2028, and the full line in 2032.
